Enrolment Process
If you are a prospective parent/caregiver interested in enrolling your child/young person at Ocean View College, please follow the enrolment process below.
Step 1
Complete the Enquiry to Enrol form below or download the form and email or post it to the school.

Step 2
Your enquiry form will be sent to the Head of School (eg. Preschool, Primary School, High School – Middle Years or High School – Senior Years) and you will be contacted within two days to discuss the enrolment.
Step 3
A meeting will be arranged with the Head of School or Wellbeing Coordinator to meet the family and begin the paperwork for the enrolment process. Families are required to bring in the following evidence when completing the enrolment form.
- Student Birth Certificate
- Proof of address (eg. Utility Bill or Drivers Licence)
- Custody Records (if required)
- Medical Records (if required)
- Medicare Card/School Card (If School Card application is required)
Step 4
Once enrolment form is approved, student timetable, start date, fees, uniform and general school information is supplied and enrolment is complete.
